At Travelling Wheel, we aim to provide our customers with a secure, transparent, and convenient payment experience for all travel-related bookings made through our website, www.travellingwheel.com.
This Payment Policy explains the payment terms, accepted payment methods, transaction processing, booking confirmation, refunds, and other financial conditions applicable to flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and holiday packages made through our platform.
By making a booking or completing a payment through Travelling Wheel, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Travelling Wheel may offer the following payment options, subject to availability:
Credit Cards
Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI Payments
Digital Wallets
Other payment methods made available through our authorized payment gateway partners.
All payments must be made through the payment methods officially provided on our website. Travelling Wheel does not authorize customers to transfer payments to any personal bank account or unauthorized payment channel.
2. Flight Booking Payments
Customers are required to make the full payment of the applicable flight booking amount at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement is specifically offered.
Flight booking amounts may include airfare, applicable taxes, airline charges, convenience fees, and other applicable service charges.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after successful payment processing and receipt of booking confirmation or a valid ticket/PNR, as applicable.
Flight fares and seat availability are dynamic and may change depending on airline inventory and supplier pricing.
In case of payment deduction without successful ticket issuance, customers should contact our support team with the relevant transaction details.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund will be governed by the applicable airline fare rules, cancellation policies, and Travelling Wheel's applicable service charges.
3. Hotel Booking Payments
Customers are required to complete payment according to the payment conditions displayed at the time of hotel reservation.
Depending on the hotel and supplier's policies, bookings may require full payment, partial payment, or payment under an available pay-at-hotel arrangement.
Hotel booking confirmation is subject to successful payment processing and confirmation from the respective hotel or supplier.
Room availability, rates, taxes, and other charges may change until the booking is successfully confirmed.
Additional charges such as security deposits, local taxes, meals, extra beds, or other hotel services may be payable directly to the hotel.
Cancellation, modification, and refund requests will be processed according to the applicable hotel's cancellation and refund policy.
4. Travel Insurance Payments
Customers purchasing travel insurance through Travelling Wheel must pay the applicable insurance premium before the policy can be issued.
Insurance coverage will be subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements of the respective insurance provider.
The insurance policy will be considered active only after successful payment and issuance or confirmation by the insurance provider.
Travelling Wheel acts as a platform facilitating access to available travel insurance products and does not independently determine insurance coverage, claims, or policy benefits.
Any cancellation, modification, or refund of an insurance policy will be governed by the respective insurance provider's terms and applicable regulations.
Customers are advised to carefully review the policy wording, coverage limits, exclusions, and claim procedures before purchasing insurance.
5. Holiday Package Payments
Customers booking holiday packages must make payments according to the payment schedule and conditions communicated at the time of booking.
Depending on the package, an advance payment or partial deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid within the specified deadline communicated during the booking process.
Holiday package prices may include accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, and other services, depending on the selected package inclusions.
Any additional services, personal expenses, optional activities, or services not included in the package price will be charged separately.
Failure to complete the required payment within the specified period may result in booking cancellation, subject to the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.
Cancellation charges, amendment fees, and refund eligibility will be determined according to the respective holiday package provider's policy.
6. Payment Confirmation and Booking Status
Customers will receive a payment confirmation or transaction acknowledgement after successful payment processing.
Booking confirmation is subject to the successful processing of payment and confirmation from the relevant airline, hotel, insurance provider, or holiday package supplier.
A successful payment transaction does not necessarily mean that the travel booking has been confirmed.
Customers are advised to verify their booking status and retain payment receipts and booking confirmation details for future reference.
7. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Transactions
In certain circumstances, payments may remain pending, fail, or be deducted from a customer's bank account without successful booking confirmation.
In such cases:
Customers should first verify the transaction status with their bank or payment service provider.
Customers should contact Travelling Wheel's support team with the transaction reference number, booking details, and relevant payment proof.
If the payment is received but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.
Duplicate payments for the same booking will be subject to verification before any eligible refund is initiated.
8. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Eligible refunds will be processed according to the cancellation, refund, and payment policies applicable to the booked service.
Refunds are subject to the applicable airline, hotel, insurance provider, holiday package supplier, and payment gateway conditions.
Any applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, convenience fees, or non-refundable service charges may be deducted before processing the refund, where permitted and disclosed.
Once the refund is approved and initiated by Travelling Wheel or the relevant supplier, the amount will be credited to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, and respective service provider.
Travelling Wheel will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, insurers, or other third-party service providers beyond its reasonable control.
9. Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Charges
All booking prices will be displayed on the website in the applicable currency.
Prices may include or exclude applicable government taxes, convenience fees, service charges, and other mandatory fees, as specified during the booking process.
The final payable amount will be displayed before the customer completes the payment.
Any additional charges arising from changes requested by customers or imposed by service providers will be communicated wherever applicable.
10. Payment Security
Travelling Wheel takes reasonable measures to facilitate secure online transactions through authorized payment gateway partners.
Customers are advised not to share their card details, UPI PIN, OTP, passwords, or other confidential banking information with anyone.
Travelling Wheel does not request customers to disclose their confidential banking credentials for processing payments or refunds.
11. Unauthorized Transactions and Payment Disputes
If a customer identifies an unauthorized transaction or discrepancy in a payment, they should immediately contact their bank or payment service provider and notify Travelling Wheel's customer support team.
Travelling Wheel reserves the right to investigate suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized transactions and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and payment regulations.
12. Policy Amendments
Travelling Wheel reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, payment methods, supplier requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
Any updated policy will be published on www.travellingwheel.com. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
