The information we request may include certain personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, government identification number, and information regarding your bank account (such as the name of the bank, the account type, routing number, and account number). In providing us with this or any other information that may be required, you confirm that the information is accurate and authentic. You agree to update this information and keep it current at all times. You authorize us to make the inquiries, whether directly or through third parties, that we consider appropriate, in our sole discretion, to verify your identity or protect you and/or us against fraud or other financial crimes, and to take action we reasonably deem necessary based on the results of such inquiries.

 1.3 Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account including all consequences under applicable laws. You agree to immediately notify Travellingwheel of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Travellingwheel cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

 1.4 Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you and the right to access the Services is automatically revoked where use of the Services is prohibited or to the extent that the offering, sale or provision of the Services conflicts with any law, rule or regulation applicable to you.

2. Payment Methods

2.1 Payments through Online Credit/Debit Card

Master,Maestro,Visa,Rupay, State bank of India and American Express Card (If included in payment gateway) payments are transacted via a reliable online gateway payment system. There is nothing to worry about your card information since the bank directly connects with the online payment portal, therefore no data transfer or storage will take place within the site. It takes only 25-30 seconds approximately (based on your internet connectivity) where your bank will send an OTP to authorize the transaction from your end and sends a message to confirm the completion of transaction.

Travelling Wheel tends to charge a service fee for all airline bookings, hotel bookings and your bookings. At times of booking cancellation, this fee cannot be refunded.

2.2 Net Banking payments

The following accounts in the below mentioned banks enables the net banking options, but payment  gateway used in travellingwheel.com may add or delete these banks or any  other banks facilities as per their  bank policies .:

2.3 Online Payment Methods

2.3.1 Through Wallet

The payments to purchase the service can be made through wallets such as , MobiKwik, AmazonPay,Jio money, Free charge etc. depending  upon the facility provided by the payment  gateway integrated in Travellingwheel.com. The amount will be deducted directly from the wallet and no information will be saved during the transaction.

 

2.3.2 Through UPI

The payments can be made through UPI supporting applications such as Google Pay, PhonePe,  Paytm, etc. Your account information will not be stored during the transaction. Every transaction will be carried out in a third party payment gateway system only.

 

2.4 Book now and pay later at Hotel

With respective to our negotiation with our trustworthy partner hotels, Travelling Wheel has a special facility where the customers can directly pay at the hotel’s reception during the check-in time. This convenience is applicable for only a particular list of hotels and at  sole discretion of hotels.

3. Confirmation of Transaction

Transaction confirmation is not solely based on the confirmation message that is displayed on the website after the completion of transaction. The confirmation will be eligible only when you receive an email stating the purchase of the services. If you do not receive an email stating the confirmation, initially check for the email in the spam or junk folder. You cannot rely on the website confirmation in the absence of the email. At times of no such emails, you can contact the customer care of Travelling Wheel to get the confirmation documents.

4. Booking Policy

4.1 Mandatory  Fields

Customers/users are requested to  fill  clearly  all  the necessary  fields like First  name, last  name,  E mail, mobile number, age/ date of birth, gender,  GST number,  company’s name and address, contact  number and e mail (If required) during the online booking of flight /hotel/tour  package.

Any  discrepancy or errors done in particulars during the booking process may held the passenfer(s) to  restrain from boarding  the flight or tour and travel  package or lodging the hotel.

Some flights companies have made mandatory to  fill  the “last name” as per valid ID proof. If some passenger doesnot  use last  name in his/her name, then he/she should enter his/her first  name  also  in the last  name column. Leaving blank the last  name column may  cancel the flight booking or restrain that passenger from boarding the flight as per  flight company  policies. Travellingwheel.com and its any of the staff will  not be responsible for this erroneous filling of booking  form.

 

4.2 Pricing Error

Every booking made in Travelling Wheel tends to display the price which is inclusive of base fare, Tax,Fee, Surcharge and travelling wheel convenience fees ( Non- refundable) and all taxes that are levied by the government. In case there is a miscalculation in terms of billing or server error, then Travelling Wheel has the right to cancel the booking at any time without any prior approval from the customer. To proceed with the original booking, the customer can buy the service by paying the difference amount to Travelling Wheel. There may  be some variations in price if paid in $ US depending  upon the current  $ US price rate and foreign currency  conversion rates/charges at the time of booking.

 The airline fee is indicative. TRAVELLING WHEEL does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. All fees mentioned are per passenger. Date change charges are applicable only on selecting the same airline on a new date. The difference in fares between the old and the new booking will also be payable by the user.

The baggage allowance varies from  airlines to airlines. Please make sure that you refer to the respective airline’s specific baggage allowance  and amendment policy while purchasing the air tickets through www.TravellingWheel.com. Some airlines only  allow hand baggages as free included in  price  and user has to  pay  extra for the main baggage. Hence its is advised to  go  through the baggage allowance policy  of respective airline before booking  the ticket.

4.3 Infant Ticket Booking

Ticket booking for infants can be done only when the child is below 24 months old throughout the travel period, onwards and return journey. Failure in these conditions might result in separate booking as  child. A valid document stating the age is required to proceed with the booking. The infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult.

4.4 Children Ticket Booking

Ticket booking for children can be done only when the child is 2 – 12 years old throughout the travel period, onwards and return journey. Failure in these conditions might result in an adult booking for the child. A valid document to state the child’s age is mandatory throughout the process. The child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. Such child/children must be seated next to the accompanying adult. The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the well-being of the child/children traveling together with him/her.

 

4.5 Airline Pregnancy Rules

 

We recommend all the pregnant ladies to  consult  their doctor and take medical clearance/fitness certificate not more than seven days before your date of journey at any  point  during  their pregnancy. We rather recommend to avoid taking flights if your pregnancy is complicated and risky in nature as the seat-width may  be uncomfortable in case of heavy pregnancy. We request all pregnant ladies to read pregnancy rules of the respective airlines before planning their trip.

 

5. Products/Services delivery

5.1 What is the meaning of e-ticket?


The e-ticket also known as the electronic ticket is a digital paperless document with unique number sent to passengers for confirmation in replacement of the printed ticket. Passengers are expected to provide the unique number for confirmation in the airport or airline counter in order to claim their e-ticket.

 

5.2 Where to get the details of my e-ticket?


You can retrieve the e-ticket details from the email sent from Travelling Wheel to your email address. You must receive your e-ticket within 8 hours from the booking time once you make a purchase in Travelling Wheel. In case of discrepancies, you can reach out to the customer care representative. Travelling Wheel  shall not be held liable if the customers fail to comply with the above requirement.

 

5.3 Is carrying my e-ticket during the travel necessary?


Yes, carrying the e-ticket during the travel is considered to be mandatory cause that acts as a digital proof to every booking made. At times of airline ticket purchasing, the airlines wouldn’t allow the travel in the absence of e-ticket as boarding pass for every air travel requires the e-ticket for the airlines to process. Travelling Wheel cannot help if the customer fails to provide the e-ticket and shall not be liable for any accusations.

 

5.4 What is the procedure for getting the boarding pass for an e-Ticket?


Once you provide the e-ticket from Travelling Wheel to the airline representative, you will be requested to show a photo identity proof for checking-in for the trip. Once the proof and e-ticket is accepted by the airline representative, you will be issued with the boarding pass. But now a days Web check-in has been made mandatory before boarding  the flight, therefore customers/users are requested to  kindly get in  touch  with their respective flight customer care to get  all the necessary  information  regarding  the web check-in.

 

6. Policy of Amendment and Cancellation

6.1 Travel Tour Package Cancellation

If the Outbound Tour is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including  visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User/customer, the cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure or  itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:

6.2 Travel Flight Tickets Cancellation

Cancellation of booked flights can be done in the “Flight Bookings” column of the dashboard of regisreted user in the Travelling Wheel by clicking on the “Cancel” button by selecting the relevant booking.

Cancellation charges are applicable per passanger per sector.

Cancellation request  will be processed only with in the specified time period.

Partial cancellation cannot  be made for tickets which  are booked under special or discounted rates.

If the flight fare is less than the default cancellation charges, then the statutory  taxes will  be refunded as per the respective airline policy.

Penality charges of airline are indicative only  and may vary  from  time to  time as per airline policy. Travellingwheel will not  guarantee the accuracy of this information and Please make sure that you refer to the respective airline’s specific cancellation,penality and amendment policy while purchasing the air tickets through www.TravellingWheel.com. You may be required to directly connect with the nearest airline office (of the respective airline) to ascertain the penality charges.

In case of no-show or for tickets cancelled after a specific time, then only the statutory  taxes will  be refunded as per the respective airline policy.

Here, you will need to pay a cancellation charge of Rs.300 per passenger per sector which is the standard cancellation charge (May  change as per time/policy)  for every domestic flight booking if cancelled online on www.travellingwheel.com.

 For international airline booking cancellation, a fee of Rs.1250 per passenger per sector (May  change as per time/policy)  will be charged if cancelled online on www.travellingwheel.com.

To book or cancel your ticket offline, you can contact the Travelling Wheel Customer Care.

 (a) For every domestic flights cancellation through offline method, a standard fee of Rs.1250 per passenger, (May  change as per time/policy)  in addition to the airline's own cancellation fee, will be charged.

(b) For international flight bookings cancellation, a standard fee of Rs.2250 per passenger (May  change as per time/policy)  will be charged for offline cancellation in addition to the airline's own cancellation fee.

The discount  availed by  all the promo codes or any  discount  coupons applied at the time of booking the ticket, will be deducted from the refund amount , at the time of refund. The convenience fees ,if any, charged, by  Travelling wheel at the time of booking the ticket  is non- refundable along with the service charges as per respective airline policy. The refund amount  will be credited to the original  mode of payment used at the time of booking of tickets or the mode/account given by the user/customer.

For domestic flights rescheduling, Travelling Wheel will charge Rs.300 per person (May  change as per time/policy) as per the standard rescheduling charges.
For no-show conditions on domestic flights, Travelling Wheel will charge Rs.100 per person (May  change as per time/policy)  as per as standard no-show charges.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.

Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.

Please make sure that you refer to the respective airline’s specific cancellation and amendment policy while purchasing the air tickets through www.TravellingWheel.com. You may be required to directly connect with the nearest airline office (of the respective airline) to cancel your reservations.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, customer are recommended by  the travellingwheel.com to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request via E mail on our website for the process of refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with travellingwheel.com service charge as above mentioned.  Cancellation request is not entertained in  the case of  no-show or after the departure of flight. In case of no-show, refund totally depends  on Airline and Travelling wheel will  forward the refund to  the customer,only if it gets from Airline.

 All the fee/ charges regarding  the cancellation and/or re-scheduling of flight may  change any  time depending  upon the policies of flight companies and travellingwheel.com.

Therefore customers/users are requested to  read the latest  fee/charges regarding the cancellation/re-scheduling of their respective flights.

 

7. Refund Policy

In case of unutilized bookings or no-show, you might be required to request for any applicable refunds, as per the policies, within 90 days from the travel departure date in case of air  and check-in date in case of hotel bookings. Refunds cannot be processed if the request is made after the expiry of 90 days of travel date or check-in as mentioned earlier. If the unutilized bookings are not claimed, then it would be considered to be forfeited and cannot be processed after the time expires.

Once the refund request is accepted, then the amount would be refunded within 15 to 20 working days from the cancellation request depending  upon the mode of payment. If a credit card payment was made, then the amount would get refunded to the credit card itself. Other modes of payment would be sent back as a cheque to the customer from the service providers themselves.

Kindly note that the convenience fee,if any, charged during the time of booking will not be refunded.

All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as stated by the respective Airlines/Hotel/Supplier/Tour Agencies.

Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from airline's end.

If ticket is cancelled directly from the airlines web site , office or call centre , customer is required to inform Travellingwheel.com for the process of refund. This is to be noted that Travellingwheel.com does not get any alert from airlines directly.

8. Promotion Codes

Travelling Wheel tends to generate various promotion codes which can be availed on the site during a purchase in order to get a discount. Travellingwheel.com has the right to add, modify, change, remove all or some of the Terms and Conditions or replace, completely or partially, the program with any other program, whether similar or different to this program or remove it completely without any notice in prior.

At times of dispute with any of the parties, Travelling Wheel’s say will be the binding final decision.

When registering with Travellingwheel.com, we, our partners or affiliates or groups of companies may get in touch with you in a timely manner to render the offers and information about similar products or services that might benefit you.

9. CONTESTS.

 We may from time to time offer you the ability to participate in contests of skill (“Contest” or “Contests”). If you choose to participate in any Contests, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the applicable Contest terms and conditions which will be published on the Travellingwheel website from time to time and incorporated herein by reference (the “Contest Terms”). Travellingwheel reserves the right to modify the Contest Terms or discontinue any contests at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing issues, reduced demand. Prizes, discounts and special pricing may be changed or substituted at any time without prior notice. Taxes on any prize or award are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

10. Requirement based on Passport Information and Visa

Passport details would be mandatory to book the e-ticket for travelling to Europe, Canada, USA, etc. by a few airlines. These airlines would require the passport information at the time of booking. Find the list of airlines below:

 

Whereas, Uzbekistan Airways require both passport and visa details for booking an e-ticket through Travelling Wheel.

11. Scope

When using our service, every information displayed on the site is based on the information provided by our service providers. Any miscommunication, typography or false information from their end, travelling wheel will not be responsible for it. Travelling wheel takes complete responsibility for the accuracy in terms of the price, package and travel plans displayed on the site.

12. Price Accuracy

Travelling wheel aims at establishing the price accuracy at all times irrespective of circumstances and situations involved. If a trip or travel plan is displayed for a particular price involving offers, then the price would remain the same post booking. The price wouldn’t be increased by the external providers such as the resort, hotel, restaurant, etc., once the booking is made. However for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, Customer can be charged as extra.

If government hikes some taxes on travel services, customers are liable to pay that extra charge.

There may  be some variations in price if paid in $ US depending  upon the current  $ US price rate and foreign currency  conversion rates/charges at the time of booking.

13. Privacy and Cookies

14. Cancellation Charges And Pre-payment

Travellingwhweel.com requires prepayment for every service opted which includes hotel booking, stay, tour package and flight booking. In case of cancellation, it would be feasible only at a set period of time before the actual trip date. After a particular period of time, no refund would be processed since the trip preparation would already be half the way in processing.

All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as stated by the respective Airlines/Hotel/Supplier/Tour Agencies.

Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from airline's end.

If ticket is cancelled directly from the airlines web site , office or call centre , customer is required to inform Travellingwheel.com for the process of refund. This is to be noted that Travellingwheel.com does not get any alert from airlines directly.

15. Copyright & Logo

Products, services , contents and logo displaying on Travellingwhweel.com are the properties of this website. Customer will not hamper the operation of this Site in any way and will  not misuse its contents/services/products.  Any unauthorized copy & use of the content/logo, product & services without prior concern will be taken as offence and strict actions may be taken against the concern person(s)/organization/company.

Customer has , a limited right to sign-in and enter, explore, use and make transaction(s) on Travellingwhweel.com. Travellingwheel.com does not assure that the files available for downloading on site will be free from any type of viruses.

16.  Prohibited Activities.

 In connection with your use of Services, you hereby agree that you will not:

 (a) violate (or assist any other party in violating) any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;

 (b) intentionally try to defraud (or assist in the defrauding of) Travellingwheel or any other User;

 (c) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;

 (d) buy/shop taking advantage of any technical glitch, malfunction, failure, delay, default, or security breach;

 (e) take any action that interferes with, intercepts, or expropriates any system, data, or information;

 (f) partake in any transaction involving the proceeds of illegal activity;

 (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Travellingwheel Accounts, the Services, or any related networks or systems;

 (h) use the Services on behalf of any third party or otherwise act as an intermediary between Travellingwheel and any third parties;

 (i) use the Services to engage in conduct that is detrimental to Travellingwheel or to any other User or any other third party;

 (j) collect any user information from other Users, including, without limitation, email addresses;

 (k) defame, harass, or violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of Travellingwheel or any other User; or

 (l) upload, display or transmit any messages, photos, videos or other media that contain illegal goods, pornographic, violent, obscene or copyrighted images or materials for use as an avatar, in connection with a payment or payment request, or otherwise.

 (m) In addition, you agree not to:

 (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Services any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data;

 (ii) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Services, or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks;

 (iii) attempt to reverse engineer, de-compile, disable, interfere with, disassemble, copy, or disrupt the integrity or the performance of the Services, any third-party use of the Services, or any third-party data contained therein (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law; or

 (iv) access the Services in order to build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Services.

17. Enforcement. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to investigate and/or take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you engage in Prohibited Activities or violate any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise create liability for us or any other person. Such action may include, in our sole and absolute discretion, terminating your Account in accordance with Section 9, reporting you to law enforcement authorities without providing any notice of you about any such report and confiscating any balance remaining in an Account which has been terminated.

18. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND CANCELLATION.

 18.1 General. This Agreement will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or Travellingwheel. Any provision of this Agreement which, either by its terms or to give effect to its meaning, must survive, and such other provisions which expressly, or by their nature, are intended to survive termination shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

 18.2 Suspension, Termination. We may terminate your Account or suspend your access to the Services at any time and with immediate effect for any reason or no reason, in our sole and absolute discretion. We may decline to process any deposit or withdrawal without prior notice and may limit or suspend your use of one or more Services at any time, in our sole discretion. For example, we may, in our sole discretion, delay deposits or withdrawals if we believe the transaction is suspicious, may involve fraud or misconduct, violates applicable laws, or violates the terms of this Agreement. If you have a balance remaining in an Account which has been suspended, we may freeze such balance for so long as the Account is suspended. If the Account is terminated due to fraud, violation of law, or violation of this Agreement, Travellingwheel may, in its discretion, confiscate any balance remaining in the Account and deliver it to any applicable government, law enforcement, or other authorities where circumstances warrant.

 18.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your Account at any time by withdrawing all balances and sending us a message through the contact page requesting the cancellation of your Account. Upon termination of this Agreement and your Account, you remain liable for all transactions made while the Account was open.

19. INDEMNIFICATION.

 You agree to indemnify and hold Travellingwheel (and its officers, employees, and agents) harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of this Agreement, (c) your violation of applicable laws or regulations, or (d) Third-Party Services. Travellingwheel reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Travellingwheel. Travellingwheel will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

20. COMMUNICATION

Once the booking is processed, you would receive a detailed invoice and document regarding the booking via email. You might have to carry the print copy of the same during your travel. A SMS communication would also be sent as a mode of confirmation. These documents are confirmation assets and can be used to claim if there are any discrepancies.

However it is advised to all the customers to make a personal inquiry to avoid any confusion regarding  the departure/Arrival timings of flights, check-in dates of hotel bookings and travel  dates of tour  packages.

We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in your trip due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.

Travellingwheel.com or its staff members or any  officer  of this site will  not be  responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during  the holiday packages provided by travellingwheel.com Customers will  be responsible for their own safety measures.

We are also not accountable for any human error(s) that gone unnoticed by the customers and our staffs.

21. LIMITATION.

 On liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Travellingwheel, its affiliates and their respective shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, representatives, suppliers or contractors be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or similar damages or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, information, revenue, profits or other business or financial benefit) arising out of or in connection with the services, any performance or non-performance of the services, or any other product, service or other item provided by or on behalf of Travellingwheel and its affiliates, whether under contract, statute, strict liability or other theory even if Travellingwheel has been advised of the possibility of such damages except to the extent of a final judicial determination that such damages were a result of Travellingwheel’s gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct or intentional violation of law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental orconsequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event will the liability of Travellingwheel, its affiliates and their respective shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, representatives, suppliers or contractors arising out of or in connection the services, any performance or non-performance of the services, or any other product, service or other item provided by or on behalf of Travellingwheel or its affiliates whether under contract, statute, strict liability or other theory, exceed the amount of the fees paid by you to Travellingwheel under this agreement in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim for liability.

22. Governing Law
This user agreement and every Terms and Conditions will be governed and formulated in relation to the laws of India without any conflict in the laws, principles and must not cause any disputes arising in relation herewith will be subjected to the jurisdiction under the courts of Faridabad.

 

23. DISCLAIMER

Any discrepancies in terms of the travel plans and experiences involved, the Travelling Wheel site and the respective owner would not be liable for any poor customer experience. The negative impact caused by the external parties of the site do not come under the Travelling Wheel responsibility and will continue to stand the same. The services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, and Travellingwheel expressly disclaims any and all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. We (and our suppliers) make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or will be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe. If applicable law requires any warranties with respect to the site, all such warranties are limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of first use. Travellingwheel disclaims any and all responsibility or liability in relation to the content made available through the services, including the customer content, or any content or services provided by third parties. Travellingwheel does not control or vet customer content and is not responsible for what users post, transmit, or share on or through the services. Travellingwheel is not responsible or liable in any manner for any third-party services associated with or utilized in connection with the services, including the failure of any such third-party services or supported platforms. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Feel free to report any malfunction of the site in terms of our policies and conditions to us so that we can serve you on establishing good customer service. We will make sure that every complaint and concern that comes from your end is taken care of and fixed at the earliest so that you can keep enjoying our services.

Any discrepancies from our end shall not be raised as a legal issue at all times.
